Ice Cream

Old Fashioned Ice Cream

4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
5 cups milk
4 cups heavy cream
4/1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Add sugar to beaten eggs.
Continue to beat until very stiff.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into ice cream freezer.

Surround with ice and rock salt.
