Dick's Jerky Brine

1 1/2 tsp LaSoy Sauce
2 C water
3 tsp pepper (1 each type)
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp sage (paste)
4 tsp salt
1/2 pound brown sugar
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp Hosian Sauce
STIR WELL

Soak 12 minutes in rock salt brine- 1 qt.

Remove salt. It is used as sauce.

Wash thoroughly with strainer -   3-4 times
