Enchalada sauce



Enchalada Sauce

1 tbl oil
1 tbl flour
1 tbl chili powder
1 2/3 c chicken broth
1 tsp cumin
1 -8 oz can tom sauce
¼ tsp garlic powder

Heat oil in sauce pan
Add chili &  flour
Stir and combine
Add  Broth
Tomato sauce a cumin & garlic
Bring to boil, stir often
Simmer 10 min
